My dell was getting very slow from spyware. I called this company. I was sent a nice guy named Steve who fixed my computer and rid it of the spyware. Overall I was very happy with the service. I got what I wanted at a reasonable price.

The service was prompt and efficient. The tech knew what he was doing. But, they charged 2 hours of labor for only one hour. I called to correct and they will correct it by crediting the credit card. It pays question a bill.

Very satisfied customer. My wife called them to have someone come to our home to remove spyware from our computer. We were prepared to pay to have someone come out and they said they would send someone but recommend we have it fixed by remote which was cheaper and could be done right away. I figured cheaper and quicker sure why not. They did remove the problem and and even made the computer work faster. Hey I appreciated their honesty and quick response.

It was refreshing to talk to someone who listened to my problems even when I didnt know how to describe it at first. They were patient during the whole process. I called one night and a phone rep helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my computer of its slowness and pop ups. He said he could send someone out first thing in the morning if i like but recommended a remote session as it would save me money and it could be done within the next 30 minutes. I said sure. They fixed it!. This things has been slow for 6 months and driving me crazy and they made me happy in less than an hour. I was impressed.

Techs in a sec was good and did the job that I wanted, when I wanted and how I wanted. Thats the way a service company should be. Take care of the customer. I called them from a reccomendation from a collegue of mine who used them and was also happy. I now have them come in about once a month to maintain our PCs.
